Payment Options
CFS Binding supplies makes your binding supply ordering easy with 3 convenient forms of payment. C.O.D.'s are not accepted.
Credit Cards
Payment for most orders is made via major credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. Billing for online orders is 100% safe and secure using SSL encryption security standards. Your credit card and personal information is kept strictly confidential and is in no way sold or divulged to any other parties.
Checks
Personal checks, business checks, cashiers checks and money orders are acceptable forms of payment. However, items will not ship until the check has cleared. Please be sure to include with your check all billing & shipping information, products needed, as well as your contact information in case we need to reach you with any questions or updates. On Account/Purchase Orders
Easy payment convenience for frequent purchases using a charge account is available upon approval. You can order using your CFS account number and your purchase order number during the checkout process. Simply print out and fill in the credit application available in Adobe Acrobat PDF format (requires free Acrobat Reader). Then mail it to the address listed on it. For faster approval you may fax it to (805) 925-1033, but the signed original must still be mailed to CFS. If you would like to request an application faxed to you, just call us toll-free at the number listed below.

School / Government Purchase Orders
We gladly accept purchase orders from k-12 schools, accredited universities and state or federal agencies/offices without the need for a credit application approval process. Just send us your purchase order & we'll get right on it. Be sure to include contact, billing & shipping information.
Leasing Your Equipment
Depending upon purchase price, most equipment sold by CFS may be leased. Attractive leasing options through our leasing partner, First Corp Leasing, are available for equipment purchases over $1000. Approval is fast, easy and is usually completed the same day. Once approved, the equipment is typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 7.25 % is applied to all orders shipped to California addresses. A 6% sales tax is charged to all orders shipping to Michigan. There is no sales tax on orders shipping to states other than California or Michigan.
Tax Exempt Purchases
Applies only to orders shipping to California: If purchase is for a tax-exempt organization (such as Federal) or for resale, please contact our customer service team at 1-888-237-3221. To ensure compliance with state and local laws, a mandatory Resale Certificate Declaration or Sales & Use Tax Exemption Form must be completed & sent to one of our customer service representatives before a purchase can be placed without tax.

Online & Phone Ordering

Fax Ordering
You may fax your order into us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 805-925-1033. Please be sure to include all billing & shipping information (including your credit card number, expiration date & card holder name), products needed, as well as your contact information in case we need to reach you with any questions or updates. Email Ordering

Canceling or Modifying Orders
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact CFS immediately via email or phone 1-888-237-3221. If you placed your order online, please have the last 4 numbers of your order number ready before contacting us. Keep in mind that most orders are processed & shipped out that same or next business day.
Coupons & Discount Codes
If you have received a coupon code or discount code, you may enter it during the checkout process and your discount will automatically be applied.
If you have forgotten your CFS Frequent Buyer relationship discount code, just email us & ask for it. There's no need to worry, if you order under your same company name as previous orders, our accounting system will apply it automatically when we process your order.
